Nurse Med Surg Float Pool FT Days

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Float Pool team at Good Samaritan Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of the Director and/or designee.
- Perform a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties, including administering medications, performing EKGs, and providing wound care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida
- BLS by AHA
- ACLS within 6 months of employment/transfer
- Basic EKG
- Successful completion of GSMC Medication test
- Successful completion of GSMC EKG Test
Up to $15,000 Sign On Bonus available based on experience
