  • Accurately process all transactions using the Point-of-Sale system.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and complimentary transactions with precision.
  • Ensure the gift shop is kept clean and organized on a daily basis.
  • Unpack, stock, and price merchandise as necessary.
  • Assist in managing inventory for vending machines.
  • Stay informed about and comply with all policies and procedures in the Merchandising Department.
  • Conduct monthly physical inventory, which includes lifting, counting, and using a step ladder.
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork skills.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Show patience and possess good listening abilities.

Qualifications:
(Relevant education and experience may be considered interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.)

  • Ability to remain patient and listen attentively.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Must pass an alcohol and drug screening.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
