Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our prescription filling process.

• Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and procedures

• PTCB certification or willingness to obtain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
