Job Summary

As a Project Management Co-Op, you will be responsible for creating and managing basic configuration documents, attending review meetings, and conducting invoice reviews and corrections. This role requires investigation into the details of applicability and accuracy, as well as communication and updating of findings using collaboration matrixes in web-based tools and databases. This position is onsite only.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical evaluation of basic aircraft invoicing, ensuring correct chargeability and analysis.
  • Research and understand discrepancies, and support updates with their technical impact.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and other organizations to establish a correct cost/charging configuration and update documents with required corrections.
  • Maintain and communicate the status of basic invoicing, including estimations from accounting, and ensure consistency.
  • Demonstrate creative and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems.
  • Recommend, initiate, and complete Industrial Program process/procedure improvements.
  • Regularly demonstrate initiative and the ability to be pro-active.
  • Work closely with the IP staff and management, assisting when required.
  • Accept additional assignments/projects as directed by supervision.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ensure Company processes and follow procedures closely.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, seeking an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business Management and/or General Business degree.
  • Must be at least a junior status.
  • Desirable qualifications include experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Project/SharePoint and other applicable software, experience in leadership roles on and off the college campus, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions

Work 20-25 hours a week, with flexibility to work around school schedule. Must be able to work at computer terminal/screen for sometimes longer periods, move about the facility between hangars and administrative areas, and climb stairs with or without reasonable accommodation.
