Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fulfill the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within our Acute Care, Medical Surgery, Emergency Room, Clinic, and Long-Term Care teams. Our hospital provides a reassuring environment for patients requiring care following injuries, illnesses, or surgical procedures, ensuring they receive high-quality treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care in an acute care environment, employing essential nursing skills such as catheterization, IV insertion, and thorough patient assessments.
  • Administer basic life support and assist with tube feeding as necessary.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to accurately document patient information and care provided.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to guarantee optimal patient outcomes and safety.
  • Exhibit proficiency in managing patient airways and providing health coaching when required.
  • Maintain an active RN license and comply with all regulatory standards and practices.

Qualifications
  • Valid RN License is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in catheterization, basic life support, IV insertion, EMR/EHR systems, patient care, physiological knowledge, patient assessment, and tube feeding.
