Aveanna Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes. As a Registered Nurse with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide and document skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians' orders.
- Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and update the nursing care plan to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience.
