Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Arts Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Arts programs to high school participants, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere, and maintaining knowledge of current industry trends and concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Arts programs to high school participants, exposing them to various facets of the content area.
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, technology, and concepts.
  • Prepare and supervise interactive activities, develop and implement high-quality field trips and events, and provide supervision during program field trips.
  • Manage and track program activities, including attendance, interview outcomes, enrollment, and evaluation surveys.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant content area or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a field relevant to the content area is required.
  • Familiarity with specific Chicago neighborhoods is required.
  • Experience teaching teenagers is highly preferred.
