About the Opportunity:

  • GPAC, a leading search firm in the United States, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will oversee commercial construction projects from initial planning through project close-out, utilizing strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned commercial construction projects, including site visits, procurement processes, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet client expectations.
  • Lead project meetings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Provide regular project updates and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction, ideally with both ground-up and renovation projects.
  • Proven track record of managing projects valued between $1 million and $25 million.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
