Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and guide a team of hospice clinical personnel to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and services
* Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities to drive continuous quality improvement
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary groups to coordinate care and facilitate open communication
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and develop policies and procedures to support this effort

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Registered Nurse degree with current licensure to practice in the state of operation, preferably with a BSN degree. At least 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in hospice or home care is required, along with excellent observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills. Your knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care and principles of pain/symptom management will be essential in providing effective support to our clinical personnel.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) program.
