Pharmacist - Acute Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Acute Care Pharmacist to join our team at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina.
Job SummaryThis is an 8:30PM-7:00AM shift position with a start date of 08/23/2024 and an end date of 11/22/2024. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of current experience and an active and unencumbered state license.
Responsibilities- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in the acute care setting
- Develop and implement individualized medication plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacological research and advancements
