About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Vacation Sales Representative to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling mini-vacation packages to our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell mini-vacation packages for various property locations while adhering to corporate telemarketing rules.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Hilton Grand Vacations, HGVC resorts, off-site accommodations, promotions, and premiums.
  • Build interest and excitement about the HGVC mini-vacation package for prospects.
  • Treat every potential customer with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, with tele-sales experience preferred.
  • Strong typing skills and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with prospects.
  • An engaging and outgoing personality, with a passion for helping others achieve their vacation goals.
