Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse-Float to join our team. As a Registered Nurse in the Float Department, you will be a versatile clinical expert providing age-appropriate, culturally responsive care across Grady's health system. You will guide patients and families through treatments, ensure continuity of care, and promote safe and healthy practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Active Georgia RN license required
* Must be able to work across Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Oncology, Telemetry, ICU, and more, based on your credentials
* Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* 1+ years of experience in Med-Surgical Units, 2+ years of experience in ICU & Stepdown Units
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required for ICU and Stepdown Units, Med-Surgical Units
* ACLS Certification required for: All Critical Care, Emergency Care Center (ECC), GI/Cath Laboratory, Labor & Delivery, All Intermediate Care units, Post-Acute Care Unit (PACU)
* PALS required for the ED/ECC
* NIHSS required for Neuroscience Units, 4A Mother Baby unit

Salary and Benefits
