Job Title: Neonatologist
About the Role:
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team at Miami Valley Hospital, a nationally recognized Level-IIIB NICU. As a Neonatologist with Pediatrix, you will have the opportunity to work with a cohesive group of experienced providers and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to women, babies, and children.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive neonatal care to patients in the Level-IIIB NICU
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in neonatal medicine
Qualifications:
* Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
* Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal care
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
