Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and services in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide set up and instruction on the use, care, and safety of equipment in the home.
  • Develop and maintain patient Plans of Care for equipment and/or services.
  • Conduct clinical respiratory assessments and provide periodic updates to physicians, referral sources, and case managers.
  • Complete required medical record documentation and reports.
  • Perform in-services for community, staff, and referral sources.
  • Provide clinical support for sales staff.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of respiratory care principles.
  • Minimum one year of experience in respiratory therapy, with a preference for home health experience.
  • Must have a valid RT license and maintain required clinical license/certification.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Maintain a clean, valid MD driver's license.
  • Ability to use computers, mobile devices, applications, and software, including Office 365 and the company's EMR.
