Job Overview

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to assigned patients, utilizing critical thinking skills and advanced knowledge of nursing practices.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment by promoting evidence-based practices and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, share knowledge, and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of unit-based performance improvement priorities and nurse-sensitive outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
  • Maine Registered Nurse License or eligibility to obtain.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work alternate shift schedules (day, evening, nights, weekends) and be able to lift, move, and load 30 to 50 pounds.
