Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in claims investigation and resolution, preferably in a government agency.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
