- Troubleshoot daily operational issues impeding workflow">
- Work collaboratively with vendors, surgical and clinical staff">
- Act as liaison between Sterile Processing and other departments">
- Maintain frequent communication with management, vendors, physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff">
- Serve as preceptor and mentor for Sterile Processing staff">

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A high school diploma or GED">
- At least one year of experience as an operating room sterile processing technician">
- Certification through the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM)">
- Prior team lead or supervisory experience is preferred">
Compensation
">The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
