About the Opportunity

This role presents an exceptional chance to drive the compliance strategy for a large healthcare company, ensuring seamless adherence to state and federal regulations while safeguarding the integrity of the policies and programs in place.

Responsibilities
  1. Regulatory Expertise: Act as the in-house expert on federal programs (CMS Medicare Advantage, MMP, D-SNP, and Health Insurance Marketplace), ensuring compliance with contracts and managing regulatory deliverables.
  2. Policy Development: Develop and update policies for new lines of business, oversee delegated entity compliance, and ensure alignment with federal and state laws.
  3. Change Management: Support readiness reviews, implementation efforts, and adaptation to regulatory or technological changes.
  4. Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer on committee staffing and present monthly compliance reports to leadership.
