Grooming Technician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Grooming Specialist to join our team at Tractor Supply. As a Pet Grooming Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our furry friends, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the process.

• Enroll and complete the Paragon training program for Level 1 (Groom Tech) within the required timeline.
• Provide safe and gentle pet handling, bathing, drying, brushing, and combing services for dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments.
• Trim nails, clean ears, and perform basic clipper techniques and finishing techniques.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for pet owners and their pets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety training and guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work with dogs and cats, demonstrating patience and compassion.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately to complete all documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
