Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filter oil fryers daily to maintain food safety and quality
  • Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Unload delivery trucks 2 times a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Take out and empty trash compactors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure optimal equipment performance

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
