Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Manager to oversee the processing and handling of sterile surgical instrumentation used in Operating Rooms, Cath Lab, Labor and Delivery, and other patient care areas. The successful candidate will provide functional direction to members of the project team and ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper care and handling, decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation.
  • Develop and revise process practices and monitor service standards of care for surgical instrumentation.
  • Collaborate with senior management stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, and identify expected outcomes for robotic center of excellence.
  • Provide effective communication and collaboration skills with members of the robotic team and other stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field and hold certifications such as Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) and Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL). A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association is also required.
