At Ordr Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and sales support on our products.

Our products are designed to identify, classify, and determine the Cybersecurity risk of IoT, IoMT, OT, and ICS devices. You will work closely with customers to analyze problems and resolve issues through careful analysis of our products' performance in their network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of deep packet inspection, micro-segmentation networking, and integrations with other IT tools. You will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites, partner sites, and company events
  • Maintain a broad level of knowledge of industry trends and how our products add value
  • Leverage hands-on technical experience to resolve complicated customer network issues
  • Filling out complex RFP's and RFI's that leverage many different security methodologies and network technologies
  • Handle high priority/sensitive customer issues during the Proof of Value (PoV) period

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field or 8+ years of prior Sales Engineering experience in a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of Layer3 Protocols, Operating Systems, and Networking Tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
