We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify priorities, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
