Residential Reentry Monitor

Dismas Charities is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Reentry Monitor to join our team. As a key member of our community-based adult reentry program, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals as they transition back into society.

• Monitor and supervise residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while in the facility and in the community.
• Assist with managing program services, including resident programming, electronic monitoring, and surveillance testing.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of facility procedures and policies.
• Work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure adequate staffing.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of paid work experience in a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
