Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

IntelyCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to residents in post-acute facilities. As a CNA at IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing nursing care, monitoring vital signs, and supporting residents with daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
• Measure and monitor blood pressure and other vital signs.
• Observe residents during your shift and report any concerns to the nursing team.
• Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and reposition them as needed.

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
