Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional to join our team of educators at Soliant. This role will provide specialized instruction, support, and advocacy to students with disabilities, ensuring their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in providing instruction and support to students in various educational settings.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
  • Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the teacher.
  • Support students with special needs, including physical, emotional, or learning disabilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support the overall educational goals of the school.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of at least 60 college credit hours preferred.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of educational principles and practices beneficial.
