The OCCC Foundation Clerk will provide administrative support to the Foundation team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clerical support to the Foundation team, including answering phones, taking messages, and filing documents.
- Assist with preparing bulk mailings and distributing incoming mail.
- Make copies and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Deliver and pick up memos, forms, and other materials as required.
- Current OCCC student with Federal Work Study Program award.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and independently.
- Positive human relations skills and a pleasant telephone personality.
- Ability to file accurately and maintain a high level of organization.
This position performs the essential functions in an indoor office setting. The person in this position may occasionally exert up to 20 pounds of force to grasp, lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
This position requires the person to frequently move about the OCCC campus and off-site outreach locations, communicate with and listen to administration, faculty, staff, students, and others, and remain in a standing and stationary position.
