City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Northwest Ohio. As the official representative of City Wide, you will be responsible for executing operations and administrative functions to ensure the company's efficient and effective operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and financial administration, including AR, AP, GL, cash receipts, and collection management.
  • Operational administration, including customer and IC document creation, supply inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate all HR activities, including marketing efforts and client services support.
  • Prepare sales proposals and monthly reports.
  • Prospect, cultivate, and hire new Independent Contractors (IC) to perform work for client locations.
  • Client retention management and contract enforcement.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
