Roofing Foreman Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to join our team at Flynn Group of Companies.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of commercial roofing experience, with a proven track record of supervising crews and ensuring productivity on installation of roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of roofers on commercial roofing projects
  • Ensure timely and efficient installation of roofing systems, including PVC and vinyl type flat roofs
  • Work with the crew to repair and replace previously installed or damaged roofing systems
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of commercial roofing experience, with a focus on foreman or lead roles
  • Proven track record of supervising crews and ensuring productivity
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including PVC and vinyl type flat roofs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
