Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Garrett Park, Maryland.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote independence and well-being.
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Current MD Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
