The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the web development team and ensuring they complete tasks on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing detailed agency proposals and timelines for new website projects.
  • Gathering relevant information from clients and internal departments to determine scope and final deliverables.
  • Leading meetings with clients and agency teams.
  • Collaborating with contributing agency departments throughout the development process.
  • Measuring and improving profitability of department outputs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of experience working in digital development, with experience in project management, user interface design, and an expert understanding of current web development standards.
  • Experience using Figma strongly preferred.
  • Advanced understanding of design and usability principles.
  • Knowledge of technical requirements/limitations when developing creative solutions, especially with WordPress.
  • Strong written and communications skills and ability to write proposals.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimum supervision.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in User Experience (UX) and user journeys.
  • Ability to lead UX process from project kickoff, design features and pages, incorporate client feedback, and answer any UX questions from website designers and developers.
