We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Western Illinois Correctional Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our incarcerated patients.
Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Under the guidance of Registered Nurses, direct and guide patient teaching activities commensurate with education and demonstrated competencies.
- Utilize electronic medical record system as applicable throughout the scope of duties and responsibilities.
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Illinois.
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety and Health Institute.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Competitive hourly rate of $34.00 per hour.
- Shift differentials available from $3/hr - $4/hr (Not available for day shift).
- Annual Increase.
- 40 Paid Days Off per year.
