Key Duties:

  • Oversee the workflow for client tax preparation processes

  • Generate invoices, process payments, and manage deposits
  • Foster and maintain robust client relationships through effective communication, including phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively during peak periods to meet filing deadlines

Required Qualifications:
