Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing the store, including starting up systems, handling cash, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
  • Customer Experience: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service, modeling and sharing best practices with team members.
  • Operations: Hold store keys, assist with warehouse and vendor ordering, register sales, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Training & Personal Development: Attend training and complete PPLs, obtain and maintain valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
  • Communications: Serve as a liaison between management and non-management team members, reporting disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
Requirements
  • One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of store inventory control.
