Job Summary

This role oversees all TaylorMade and Sun Day Red distribution centers in North America (NAM). The individual will ensure the execution necessary to deliver robust, cost-effective, and timely delivery capabilities which require managing multiple stakeholders and proactive communication. We are a customer-centric organization and looking for a leader that embraces and enhances that ideal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a work environment that prioritizes safety, driving the implementation of company-wide safety campaigns and working proactively with the Safety Manager to remedy all safety-related issues.
  • Lead, build, develop, and motivate a strong team of individuals to perform at the highest level, facilitating and fostering a continuous learning and collaboration environment within the team.
  • Manage a team of leaders to ensure timely and accurate put away, pick, pack, and shipment of all orders through multiple brands and channels.
  • Develop key performance indicators to track performance and implementation throughout the DC.
  • Analyze data with regards to sales, product volume, personnel, and forecasts to ensure proper staffing.
  • Represent the facility needs and play an active role in the annual budget process.
  • Evaluate material handling methods, technology, and procedures with regards to CAP-EX.
  • Provide expert-level support on all DC-related activities by identifying goals, developing plans, estimating time frames, and monitoring progress.
  • Prioritize building and maintaining professional relationships with other leaders in the business to include Customer Service, Planning, HR, and Sales.
  • Manage annual performance evaluations, goal progress, and talent management.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to present information to a diverse range of individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.
  • Ability to accurately assess talent and effectively motivate and influence others to build skills, efficiently accomplish tasks, and develop leading-edge processes.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications
  • BS Degree or related work experience.
  • 15+ years of professional experience in a related role.
  • 5+ years of full P&L responsibility with sales greater than $250M.
  • Experience running a high-volume pick/pack fulfillment center driving continuous improvement.
  • Multi-facility experience a plus.
  • Experience running multiple VAS operations including RFID, kitting, and embroidery a plus.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
  • Normal office and warehouse conditions; exposure to noise, dirt, dust, and temperatures.
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary, including weekends.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
  • Frequent travel may be required.
