Job Summary

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Travel Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic services in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound procedures to obtain images and data for medical diagnosis and treatment.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in ultrasound technology, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
  • Graduate from an accredited program in diagnostic medical sonography.
  • Certifications and licenses as required by facility and state regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, as well as stand for long periods.
