Dispensary Associate

As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their journey into cannabis, educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Trulieve's products, including their effects, benefits, and potential side effects.
• Order Processing: Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and colleagues to enhance the customer experience, resolve issues, and maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in retail and/or customer service preferred.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

As a Dispensary Associate, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner. You will be required to move intermittently throughout the workday, lift up to 50 pounds, and ascend/descend stairs as needed.
