Dispensary Associate

We are seeking a Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, guiding them through their journey into cannabis, and facilitating their purchases in accordance with state regulations.

• Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients
• Offer product knowledge and education to patients
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy
• Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV)
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
