- Assist in performance management tasks, providing coaching and development opportunities to employees.
- Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management, informing strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR databases, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
