Job OverviewAt LB Wash Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the human resources department, providing maximum value to the company and all employees. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of candidates.
  • Onboard new employees, providing a comprehensive and engaging experience.
  • Create training materials and opportunities to educate employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation, to promote a culture of understanding and respect.
  • Assist in performance management tasks, providing coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management, informing strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR databases, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
