Recruitment Specialist

Alliance Health System is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Specialist to support the hiring process for the organization. The successful candidate will work under the Senior Recruiter and be involved in preparation, sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding. This role requires collaboration with department managers and proactive identification of future hiring needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Source suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media platforms.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
• Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
• Assist with job posting and advertising processes.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies.
• Stay current with recruiting trends and best practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
