We are seeking a Loss Prevention Team Member who will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and inviting atmosphere while minimizing inventory loss. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility and Guest Safety
    • Assess guest behavior to pinpoint potential safety issues and security risks.
    • Ensure that firearms are never left unattended by team members or guests.
    • Notify management of any observed unsafe actions within the facility.
    • Conduct regular security assessments and walkthroughs.
  • Loss Prevention
    • Detect security vulnerabilities and report them to management.
    • Identify high-risk items and areas within the store.
    • Recognize potential theft incidents and alert management accordingly.
    • Engage in inventory checks and physical counts of firearms.
  • Guest Interaction
    • Welcome and acknowledge every guest upon entry and exit.
    • Ensure all firearms are properly cased and secured.
    • Adhere to established procedures for addressing guest safety and security inquiries.
  • Surveillance Monitoring
    • Regularly review security footage for loss prevention and safety purposes.
    • Confirm that all security devices are operational and effective.
    • Test security equipment to ensure it functions correctly.
