**Job Summary**

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Medical Surgical setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.

**Requirements**

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state in which you practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
