Job Title: Chief Estimator - Commercial Construction

We are a top ten commercial general contractor in the Twin Cities, specializing in educational, community, corporate, healthcare, and multifamily construction throughout the state of Minnesota. We are looking to bring on a new Chief Estimator to the team with extensive experience in multifamily and commercial construction.

### Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Director of Preconstruction to maintain existing relationships, build new relationships within existing and potential clients.
* Assist in the establishment of win strategies through engagement with estimate kickoff process and estimate review process.
* Collaborate with Director of Preconstruction on the RFP process developing fee proposals, team selection, and attending interview process as needed.

### Requirements

* 7+ years of preconstruction experience for a commercial/multifamily general contractor.
* Proven track record of success in working in team or management of estimating/preconstruction (or similar) departments.
* Estimating experience with various estimating types and project scales.
* BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience may be substituted for a degree.
