Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in hours.

Compensation: $16-$21 per hour, based on medical reception experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing insurance information and liaising with healthcare providers
  • Responding to patient inquiries and ensuring timely appointments with therapists
  • Welcoming patients and processing new patient documentation
  • Preparing charts, schedules, and appointment materials
  • Checking patients in and out, and scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Completing Daily Action Records, including charges and collected copays
  • Entering data into the system and verifying digital records at the end of the day
