Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in hours.
Compensation: $16-$21 per hour, based on medical reception experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing insurance information and liaising with healthcare providers
- Responding to patient inquiries and ensuring timely appointments with therapists
- Welcoming patients and processing new patient documentation
- Preparing charts, schedules, and appointment materials
- Checking patients in and out, and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Completing Daily Action Records, including charges and collected copays
- Entering data into the system and verifying digital records at the end of the day
