Responsibilities
  • Partner with our office teams to accurately process and file insurance claims.
  • Enter patient and insurance data into our dental practice software (Dentrix).
  • Generate reports to track insurance and patient aging, ensuring timely payments and follow-up on non-paid claims.
  • Manage late payments and overdue accounts, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Run statements and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to confirm payment from clients and insurance companies.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the dental industry, with a focus on billing and insurance claims.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel applications, as well as Dentrix software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
