Job Title: Affordable Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Affordable Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 51-unit apartment community, Weidler Commons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including marketing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Screen prospective residents, collect rents, and serve notices as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reports, agreements, and other documents related to property management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless property management operations.
Requirements:
  • Two years of previous customer service experience required.
  • One year of previous property management experience required.
  • Previous experience with Yardi Property Management Software preferred.
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance required.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $24-$27.
  • FT, Monday-Friday, 9 AM- 4PM schedule.
  • 32.5 hours per week.
  • A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
  • Eligibility for benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) program with an employer match.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available on your first day.
  • Paid Sick time, Vacation, Nine (9) paid Holidays, and your birthday off.
