As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and overseeing the safe movement and storage of goods, as well as order filling and stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 20 or more employees and their workflow to ensure maximum service levels are maintained.
  • Performance Management: Participate in reviews, performance management, and recognition for employees.
  • Training and Development: Coach, train, and mentor Distribution Center (DC) team members in the areas of productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Update reports for warehouse use and manage teams' performance.
  • Inventory Management: Ability to understand and help slot the DC based on company inventory and picking strategies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle and resolve conflict, process team member requests, engage team members proactively, and lead team building activities.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor activities performed and redirect workflow to appropriate work centers to balance workloads.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure efficient warehouse flow and planning of daily task activities.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, efficient work environment.
Working Conditions
  • This position is hourly, and working hours are subject to change due to business needs.
  • Occasional travel required, including air and car travel.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
Physical/Sensory Requirements

Medium Work - Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
