Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in establishing and implementing payment solutions for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of entrepreneurial clients, guiding them through the implementation process and educating them on the best solutions for their integration needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and maintain open lines of communication
  • Consult with clients on their implementation goals, objectives, and program setup
  • Advocate for clients throughout the entire onboarding/implementation process
  • Hold weekly status update meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Champion project management by coordinating with internal groups and clients to ensure timelines are met and issues are communicated
  • Resolve issues and escalate beyond span of control
  • Create, manage, and update project plans to ensure implementations are on track for milestone achievements
  • Prepare weekly meeting agendas and meeting notes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities
  • Ability to travel
  • Expansive knowledge of the payment processing industry
  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Drive continuous improvement within the organization
  • Strong presentation skills and mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint
