Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at Curative. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based medical care to our members via telemedicine or in-person at our office in downtown Austin.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses.
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs) to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Perform health risk assessment visits to evaluate patient health status and develop personalized care plans.
- Deliver primary care services via virtual or in-person visits, including preventive care and acute and chronic problem management.
- Contribute to the development of our clinical services and programs, including mentoring and managing team clinicians.
- Secure and maintain multi-state medical licenses as requested.
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience.
- Active and unencumbered Texas medical license.
- Successful credentialing by the Curative Health Plan.
- Superior interpersonal communication skills.
- Servant-leadership mindset.
- Experience with both in-person and virtual primary care.
- Experience working with a collaborative team, including supervising APPs.
- Medical licensure in multiple states.
- Experience in and comfort with a rapidly changing start-up organization.
- Board certification in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM).
