Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement patient management plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records in our electronic medical record system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices
- Active state license in good standing
- Active DEA Certificate, preferred
- Active Controlled Substance Registration
- Experience in family medicine, men's health, and/or primary care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
